Most of people watch the TV directlyafter buying and seldom will adjust the image setting. But actually every setof TV has different setting, showing different images. Thus, we can make the TVimage the clearest through simple adjustment.
Howshould we set the TV to have the best audiovisual effects? At present, TValready has fixed setting patterns, such as soft, dynamic, text and generalpatterns, etc. Of course we can select patterns according to personalpreference. But these patterns are just basis, on which we can adjust slightlyto obtain the optimum and suitable audiovisual effects.
Imageand visual setting of TV includes image contrast, brightness, color, saturationand fine adjustment etc. But different TV brands have different models, how canwe adjust?
1.Ifthe image contrast is too strong, the gradation of image will decrease, lookstiff and lost many image details and even have sound on vision. In this case,we can turn off the color saturation, adjust the contrast until we can clearlydistinguish the six grade scale, making the far left grade with not light andthe last grade with proper brightness.
2.Next step is adjustment of saturation. In thelast step we turned off the saturation, now we can increase the colorconcentration as per personal preference. This step is to adjust the colortotally based on customer preference. The darker of the color, the less senseof reality; the lighter, the less the meaning of color. We should try best toadjust the color to what the colors truly are. We can adjust up and downconstantly, or even use color bar to confirm color. Only when adjusting thecolor saturation to the optimum can the image has better color effect, achieving satisfying effect.
3.Adjustingbrightness of the image appropriately, not too bright to be dazzling or toodark. The optimum should be that the eyes won't fell tired when watching TV for quite a longtime. Generally speaking, the soft pattern will be gentle, but feel difficultto watch; the motion pattern has bright colors which make people feel tiredafter long time watching; text pattern requires black and white contrast sonormally we don't suggest thispattern. The appropriate and not dazzling brightness is the best.
4.Adjusting horizontalresolution. Contrast can represent the strength of kinescope signal undercertain conditions. If adjust contrast properly, which means the strength ofkinescope signal is suitable, then we can adjust the horizontal resolution. Whenadjusting tuning unit knob or channel fine tuning knob, we should observe thehorizontal resolution testing image carefully, trying best to make the densevertical lines distinct and no edge or trailing. Meanwhile, the accompanyingsound should not interfere image. In the color testing pictures, if the densestidentified lines are on the far right side, it means the horizontal resolutionis the highest.
